Follow along to know how to create this super creamy and yummy paneer dish in a jiffy:
Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Cumin seeds
- Some chopped Ginger and Garlic
- Cubes of Onion, Capsicum (green, red or yellow) and Tomato
- Paneer, cut into cubes
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Garam Masala
- Fenugreek Powder (Kasuri Methi)
- Some fresh cream
Recipe:
- In a kadhai (deep cooking pan), add the butter and once it melts, add cumin seeds. Keep the flame medium for now
- Now add the ginger and garlic, and let it roast for some time.
- Now add the cubed onions and capsicum. Keep in mind, we only want to roughly cook them by stir frying and not make them soggy. So keep on turning them on medium heat to make them crisp.
- Now add the cubed tomatoes and stir fry for 30 seconds as we don't want them to turn soggy.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cream, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup and all the spices i.e. red chilli, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala. Let everything cook for 30 seconds more.
- Now add to it our cubed paneer along with a pinch of fenugreek powder.
- And voila, the recipe is done!
Enjoy it with rotis, rice or naan or you can even serve this as a starter dish. Let me know guys your experience with this recipe and if you liked it! See you guys next time with another quick recipe! Take care!
